Karen needed a full brand implementation for her new dog grooming company, including logo, name, business cards, branding guidelines, website and initial marketing materials.
The goal was to launch the business and begin generating leads in 3 months.
We began by consulting with Karen on her aims for the business, and her target audience. She already had some great ideas on the colours that she preferred and the feel that she wanted her business to have.
From the consultation, we (and she!) discovered that her USP was grooming large, country dogs in an upmarket area of the county; from that, the name Country Tails was born, and the logo created.
Karen wanted a way for her prospective clients to easily track their bookings. We created bespoke business cards for her with appointment bookings included: her clients would ALWAYS have her card in their wallet or on their noticeboard, increasing her brand recognition and customer touch-points.
Once the logo and name were complete, the branding guidelines were created and a full branding consultation conducted. Karen had some great ideas for colours and designs that she already loved and wanted to include. Branding guidelines laid out her colour scheme, fonts, and overall look & feel of her company. She requested that it be upmarket, for country-living clients.
